This policy explains what personal data Talash collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Information you give us. If you contact us through the form on this site, we receive your name, email address, the reason you selected and the content of your message. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we receive your email address.
Information collected automatically. Our servers record standard technical information when a page is requested, including the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
This site sets cookies that are necessary for it to function, including cookies that maintain a session and record cookie preferences. Non essential cookies, including any used for analytics or advertising measurement, are set only where you have agreed to them, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
We use contact details to reply to you, to process a correction request, or to send a newsletter you asked for. We use technical data to keep the site available, to diagnose faults and to detect abuse. We do not sell personal data.
We share personal data only with service providers who operate parts of this site on our behalf, such as hosting and email delivery, and only to the extent needed to provide that service. Those providers are bound to process the data on our instructions. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter it concerns, and then archived or deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. To make a request, write to privacy@talashdigital.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes are noted on the site.
